At Lorena Canals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your rug or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
